The 2006 Election Cycle

2006 is the year we take back the US House and US Senate for the people of America, and we also need to maintain our majority in the State House and Senate. We have done a lot of work in the 46th, and we are blessed with a district that votes for our candidates with a large majority. However, that does not mean that we can rest or relax. The only way we are able to achieve our numbers is by continuing the conversation with our neighbors, and by staying visible in the district, speaking the truth and keeping the door open to honest debate.

The State party has come out with our Delegate Selection and Affirmative Action Plan. Please read the plan and let us know if you have any questions.

Here are the important dates to remember:

• Precinct Caucuses - Saturday 3/4/2006, 2:00 pm
• LD Caucuses - Saturday 4/8/2006

  Call to 2006 Caucus

• County Conventions - Saturday 4/22/2006 *

  The King County Convention will be held on May 6th, 2006. More information will be made available when it is available.

• State Convention - June 2-3/2006, Yakima
