At our September meeting, will have time for Q&A with the Chair of the King County Council, Bob Ferguson. We will also have the General Election Voters Guides available for PCOs to pick up, the membership will be presented with a Cole Fund Grant Application and we will consider a resolution on the Streets for All initiative.

Cole Committe Grant Application:

The Cole Committee has passed a Grant Proposal up to the Executive Board for consideration at the September 7th Executive Board meeting. If the Executive Board agrees to pass the Proposal to the membership, we will vote on consideration of the Grant at our September 16th meeting.

Dusty Hoerler, April Osborne and Tom Veatch have submitted a proposal for an Outreach Dinner to be held at the Farestart Restaurant in January, gathering community members from the "labor community, small business, progressive minded people not yet involved in the democratic process, young people, and community members. The purpose of this event is to energize 46th District constituents around one or more actionable, achievable projects."
