Every two years, the Bylaws Review Committee is appointed by the Chair, and lessons learned from the previous election cycle are incorporated into a proposal for the body. If you are interested in being part of the 2013 Bylaws Review Committee, please contact Chad Lupkes

Roberts Rules of Order

While they may seem arcane to some, Roberts Rules of Order are a critical tool for running a meeting. They allow an agenda to be followed smoothly, and ensure that decisions are made fairly. Here are some links to learn more:

  A change was made at the 2011 Reorganization adding language allowing Elected PCOs 70 days to review and recommend changes to the bylaws, while still retaining the requirement that only a majority vote is required to pass the bylaws during that period.
