SPECIAL RULE OF ORDER 2003-01

This Special Rule of Order was adopted by the Executive Board on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2003, and was ratified by the membership of the 46th District Democrats on June 19th, 2003.

Any person who has been requested or ordered to leave a meeting by the Chair, acting Chair, Sergeant-At-Arms, or a law enforcement officer for violating meeting rules in a manner that disrupted a meeting shall not be invited or permitted to attend any subsequent meeting, and any violation of this rule shall be considered trespassing. The Chair or acting Chair of the meeting may permit a duly elected or appointed Precinct Committee Officer (PCO) to attend a meeting notwithstanding this rule so long as the PCO otherwise complies with all other rules for meetings of the District.
